Booking A Private Party

Girls Night Out, Team Building and Birthday Party's are a great way to spend special time with friends and family! Getting to be creative is a PLUS! Below is what you need to know about booking a party here at Mid-Valley Crafting Co. 

PARTY'S

*Parties need to be scheduled at least, 2 weeks in advance or more if possible. Each party requires a minimum of 5 guests, no more than 12. 

*Age for children's birthdays needs to be 10 years old or above. 

*The price of your party will depend on which project you choose for everyone, plus a $20 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your balance. Your party day & time will be held once the Full price of your party has been received.  

*Projects range from $12-$50. All projects and their prices are listed under the "Classes" tab on the website. Each project you choose includes all materials, tools and step by step instruction you will need. 

*Most weekends and some weekday evenings are available! Just ask!!

FOOD

*Some treats are allowed! Feel free to bring cookies, cupcakes or cake for your party!  Finger foods are allowed, but I prefer to keep them to a minimum due to clean up. 

*All drinks are ok! (No Alcohol during kids parties).

*You are welcome to bring decor and balloons and don't forget the plates, napkins and forks!

CANCELLATIONS 

*Cancellations must be made at least 1 week (7 days) in advance. Otherwise you will be charged in full for the amount of your party.

*Any changes in amount of guests to your private party can be made up to, but no later than 48 hours in advance. If there is no notice of changes within 48 hours prior to a private party, a $20 per person charge applies for No Shows.  

*For example if you booked a party of 8 and only 6 show up, there will be a $15 per person ($30) charge for the missing 2 people that did not come due to no notification.
